We are so proud of all our young people and of how hard they have worked over the last year – many of them have received some wonderful results today and they should be very pleased with their achievements:
- Maths GCSE – 2 students passed
- Statistics GCSE – all 7 students passed
- English Language iGCSE – all 6 students passed
- English Literature iGCSE – all 6 students passed
- Art GCSE – all 7 students passed
- Performing Arts GCSE – all 6 students passed
- PE GCSE – 8 students passed
GCSEs are only part of the picture at New Bridge though – the following qualifications were also successfully achieved:
- 60 students gained a Maths Functional Skills qualification
- 32 students gained an English Functional Skills qualification
- 59 students gained Entry Level Certificates across a range of Maths, Science, ICT, History and PE
- 11 students gained an Entry Level 3 Award in Developing Enterprise
- 7 students gained an Entry Level Employability qualification
- 7 students gained a Level 1 qualification in Practical Horticulture Skills (3 Diplomas and 4 Awards)
- 3 students gained a BTEC Level 1 Award in Science
- 8 students gained an Entry Level Award in Art
- 27 students achieved their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award
- 6 students achieved their Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award
