Another fantastic week from the Digit4ll students at Medtia Square! We have been developing the marketing strategy for our 3 enterprises which are launching very soon…

The task at hand this week was to update the business cards and flyers to advertise our products and services. The designs produced were of a really high standard so the students voted for the best design to represent us.

Matthew Kelsall really impressed everyone by winning the best design for our flyer..

Tom Meggison who is part of our creative department won the best design for the business card..

If you’re not already aware, ‘Enspire’ is the name of our Young Enterprise project which the IT Pathway are involved in. It is a nationwide project that sees schools and colleges compete for best logo, best slogan, best business card, best company, etc. Our enterprise was named Enspire, which has been taken from our slogan ‘We Aspire to Inspire through Enterprise.’ The three strands of our enterprise involve:

• Printing – personalised mugs, t-shirts and canvas prints
• Videography and Photography – for events, shows, websites, training, etc.
• Technical Support – computer and phone repairs and maintenance.

This is such a great opportunity for our young people to be able to experience a real working environment and develop a range of skills such as social and communication skills. We are so excited about the coming year – watch this space!!
