Horticulture

The Horticultural Centre provides an opportunity for students to engage in a range of activities which include growing fruit, flowers and vegetables, and the maintenance of the school grounds including its lawns and shrub beds. Two large polytunnels allow for sowing seeds, taking cuttings and the growth of a number of semi hot house fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes and chilli peppers which are watered through an automatic system.
